I have been in the industry training in a gym for the past 5 years although my love for fitness has always been a passion of mine. Not only has my training improved me physically but the help it gives me mentally is unbelievable.
I love seeing how training helps people with their wellbeing and confidence, it's gratifying watching people grow.
I have immersed myself in learning by traveling to several gyms to be mentored in new training styles and regimes to improve myself via theory and first-hand practice. In this journey of self-improvement, I have gained the wisdom and knowledge to pass on what I have found to the people I train and those I train with. If you’re reading this, you can also be a part of that!
